Hello!
I'm Ashley Martin (aka Mrs. Martin) and I teach Geometry!
This year is my 11th year teaching and my 7th year at Bullard High School. I have taught 7th grade math, 8th grade math, Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2. Geometry is definately one of my favorites to teach!
I attended Fresno State where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. My husband and I met in the Fresno State Marching band. I have played flute and piccolo since 3rd grade and still go back every year to play with the Fresno State Alumni Band for the homecoming game. GO DOGS!
Outside of teaching, I love all things crafty. I paint, sketch, sew, woodwork, and anything else that seems creative and fun! I have painted many of the art pieces hanging up around my house, including a portrait of my dog.
My most favorite hobby, though, is being a mom to my 2 year old daughter, Ella. She has the best smile and keeps me on my toes!
Some might say I have a slight obsession with everything Disney. My favorite disney character is Eeyore and I might have decorated my daughter's room with a lot of Winnie the Pooh things... :)
I really miss being in my classroom for the beginning of the year. I can't wait to meet everyone in person, but virtual meetings will have to do for now.
